Emergency First Aid - Training for Social Care Jobs - Randstad Care

Duration: 1 Day

Type of Course: Practical

Experience: None required

This course is suitable for appointed First Aid personnel and is
recommended for low risk, low staff ratios within all work places.

You will cover:
  • What to do in an emergency
  • Dealing with an unconscious casualty
  • CPR
  • Wounds and bleeding
  • Seizures

We can also include:

  • Choking
  • Burns and Shocks
  • Fractures
  • Medical Conditions

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Recognise and care for an unconscious person
  • Carry out CPR competently
  • Control bleeding
  • You will be qualified for three years. Through Randstad Care, we offer an annual skills update course
