  • How do I register with Randstad Care?
    • As soon as you call in you will be put forward to a dedicated consultant who will explain the benefits of registering with Randstad Care and the vacancies we have available that match your skills and needs.
  • Do you need to see my documents?
    • Yes as soon as an application pack is sent to you we will arrange a time to meet you face to face for an interview and see your documents, I.D and certifications for example.
  • Is the cost of my CRB reimbursed?
    • Yes.  Costs incurred for your CRB check can be reimbursed after you've worked for a minmum of 40 hours through Randstad Care.
  • Do you only do temp work?
  • Do you only have an office in London?
    • Randstad Care has the largest branch network of any other Social Care recruiter. With a network of 25 offices across the UK, and expanding, we are always close at hand to meet with our clients and candidates. This means we have a better understanding of each of your requirements and truly know your local area.

  • Does Randstad Care offer training for QSW's?
    • Yes, Randstad Care are very aware of the need for ongoing training in the Qualified Social Work Field, so offer a yearly training fund for all our Qualified Workers to assist with their GSCC.
  • Do you have an Out of Hours number?
    • Yes we have a 24 hour manned call centre so if you’re a candidate needing help, can’t get to work, are lost or just touching base then we are at hand. Equally if it’s a client looking for shift cover, we will endeavor to have their vacancies filled as soon as possible.

  • How soon can I start work?
    • We would need to have your enhanced CRB check back, a minimum of 3 references over the last 5 years and all of your I.D, proof of address and certificates. As soon as we’ve received these, we will endeavor to have interviews lined up for you as soon as possible.
