After graduating in 1995 Samantha started working for BBT as a recruitment consultant. In 1998 she was promoted to team leader of the residential social work team in London and in 1999 she was promoted to Associate Director for the South East in Social Care.

In 2007 Samantha's role changed and she is now the Sales Director, responsible for ensuring we exceed expectations with the divisions key clients and increasing our client reach.

Karen Collins

Home Care Director
 


Karen began her career with BBT as a Trainee Consultant in 2003, running an RSW children's desk and entrusted with the task of spearheading the company's first Welsh office based in Cardiff.

Karen’s interpersonal skills and natural flair for finding the best recruitment solutions for her clients, as well as mentoring others, saw both her and her growing Cardiff office achieve outstanding success. Winning Manager of the Year in 2005, Karen continued to demonstrate a consistent record of strong growth over the following years and was then promoted to Associate Director for the Southwest in Social Care.

Karen was until Jan 2011 the Director of Health & Housing at Randstad Care and had the overall responsibility for the growth of our AHP, Home Care and Nursing businesses throughout the UK.

Since Jan 2011 Karen is now focusing on the development of streamlining processes within Home Care and is now the new Home Care Director for Randstad Care.
