Over the last 18 years, we have built a very strong database of Housing candidates ranging from Housing Officers, Scheme Managers and Project Workers, to day to day Maintenance Staff, Benefits Assessors, which ensures we have the necessary qualified and experienced staff available upon request.

The Housing division has kept up with trends over the past few years and have recognised certain needs within the sector. Research taken from our clients have prompted desks to be set up to cover more specialist areas - we have experienced consultants running a Gateway desk for senior management requirements, a Technical desk which covers all requirements for maintenance, decent homes and development and a Revenues and Benefits desk. With so many changes happening within housing and the current climate, we are able to shift our focus by supplying to the different niches, offering our clients a one-stop-shop service.

In order to ensure that our clients obtain the best staff for their team, our consultants regularly visit their clients onsite to get to know and ensure the correct culture fit, process stringent checks, conduct one-on-one interviews and make sure they have references on their candidates, before placing staff within an institution.
