The housing division has kept up with trends over the past few years and have recognised certain needs within the sector. Research taken from our clients has prompted desks to be set up to cover more specialist areas - we have experienced consultants running a Gateway desk for senior management requirements, a technical desk which covers all requirements for maintenance, decent homes and development and a revenues and benefits desk. With so many changes happening within housing and the current climate, we are able to shift our focus by supplying to the different niches, offering our clients a one-stop-shop service.

In order to ensure that our clients obtain the best staff for their team, our consultants regularly visit their clients onsite to get to know and ensure the correct culture fit, process stringent checks, conduct one-on-one interviews and make sure they have references on their candidates, before placing staff within an institution.

As a result, our consultants have managed to develop and maintain excellent relationships with their candidates as well as their clients. Our housing division’s success rate has sealed many contracts with some major boroughs as well as housing associations, who have entrusted us solely with their recruitment needs.
