Here at Randstad Care we understand that you want to make choices about the care and support you receive.  We provide a flexible service, allowing you to make decisions according to your needs and how you lead your life.  Randstad Care caters for a wide range of requirements, from just a few hours a week to assist with shopping and laundry right through to live-in support.   We also understand that you may want to manage your own care budget through a Direct Payment or Individual Budgets you may receive through the Local Authority.  We can help you with this.

Randstad Care embraces the Department of Health Concordat for ‘Putting People First’ throughout the delivery of our care services.
  
Personalisation is the shared ambition of the government of coordinating care services to meet the individualised needs, choices and wishes of our service users. 

The objective is putting the service user at the centre of the decision making processes to ensure that their choices and needs are at the forefront of the care planning and delivery of care.  The person centred approach aims to work in partnership with the service user, families, carers and multi-disciplinary teams to provide a flexible and seamless service with the minimum amount of disruption to the service user and their day-to-day routines.  Our priority is providing a high quality, flexible care provision in a safe and secure environment.
 
Our aim is to pro-actively monitor services and the health and well-being of the individual service users to minimise the likelihood of hospital admission, rather than reacting to issues when a problem has manifested.
 
We achieve this by providing information, support and a pro-active approach to care whilst empowering the service users to be at the centre of the decision making processes, having choice and control over every aspect of their care package.  We provide fully trained care workers and additional bespoke training where specialist services are required, which are tailored to the individual's personal needs, irrespective of the type of budget.
