A hospital in Werndale has achieved 100 per cent satisfaction levels from its patients, providing an excellent accolade for its staff.

According to Friend Feed, the BMI Werndale Hospital has revealed the results of an independent survey taken periodically throughout 2010.

It found that 100 per cent of patients were satisfied with the quality of care they received throughout the year; a testament to the professionalism and care afforded by its employees.

The hospital has several specialist departments, such as gynaecology, ophthalmology, pain management and urology. Furthermore, those working in physiotherapy jobs have obviously excelled in the hospital's physiotherapy department.

The hospital's executive director, Caroline Daymond, shared her delight at the accolade with Private Health: "We are very proud of our hospital and work hard to make each patient's time with us as pleasant as possible."

"Our patient survey is an important indicator of how well we achieve this and we monitor the results very closely."

A consultant surgeon at the facility, Mr John Black, also spoke out about the results; claiming all of the hospital's employees demonstrate equal commitment to patient care: "We all work as a team to do all we can to ensure that patients receive top-notch care in a clean, friendly environment."

He also claimed the "personalised service" was deeply appreciated, particularly as hospital visits could prove stressful for some.
